• Section the natural hair horizontally at the nape using a tail comb
• Load the extension hair into the 6D connector comb through the micro-pins
• Position the machine at the root of the sectioned natural hair
• Slide the loaded connector comb into the machine slot
• Squeeze the machine handles firmly — the spring locks the connector in place
• Move along the section applying connectors every 1–2cm
• Repeat row by row until the desired fullness is achieved

A full head takes approximately 20–30 minutes with practice.

• Section the hair to expose the connector row
• Position the removal pliers around the connector at its widest point
• Squeeze firmly — the connector opens and releases the hair cleanly
• Slide the connector down and off the natural hair
• Gently brush with a loop brush after each row is removed

Never pull or twist extensions to remove them — this will damage natural hair.

• Brush twice daily with the FLOSCURA 6D Extension Brush or a loop brush
• Wash 2–3 times per week maximum using sulfate-free shampoo
• Apply conditioner mid-length to ends only — never on the connectors
• Dry thoroughly before sleeping — never sleep with wet extensions
• Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction
• Loosely braid hair before bed
• Book a move-up appointment every 6–8 weeks

Yes — 6D and micro ring extensions have no restrictions on heat styling.

Always use a heat protectant spray before applying any tool above 150°C. Recommended maximum: 180°C for thick hair, 160°C for fine or colour-treated hair.

Yes — 6D extensions are completely water-safe. You can swim, shower, and exercise normally.

After swimming in a pool or the sea, rinse your hair thoroughly with fresh water to prevent dryness. Always brush gently before and after swimming.

As your natural hair grows, extension connectors gradually move away from the scalp. When they are 2–3cm from the root, it is time for a move-up appointment.

For most people this means a maintenance visit every 6–8 weeks. Regular maintenance is essential — leaving extensions too long puts stress on natural hair.

FLOSCURA 6D connector combs are designed for professional repeated use. With proper care, each connector can be reused through multiple extension applications.

After removal, clean with a damp cloth to remove oil buildup. Replace connectors when micro-pins become bent or the casing shows visible cracks.
