🚚 Delivery Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, secure, and reliable.
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopard
Courier, and Call Courier.
Delivery Time
● Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 1 – 3 working days
● Other Cities: 3 – 5 working days
● Remote Areas: 5 – 7 working days
Please note: Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or extreme
weather conditions.

Shipping Charges
You have a few standard models to choose from:
Option A: Flat Rate
PKR 350/- nationwide
Option B: Free Shipping Threshold
Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000/-
PKR 350/- below that
Option C: Variable by City
PKR 350–450 (major cities)
PKR 450–550 (remote areas)

Order Processing
● Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
● You’ll receive a confirmation message or call before dispatch.
● Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared by SMS or WhatsApp so you can
follow your parcel’s journey.

Payment Methods
We currently accept:
● ✅ Cash on Delivery (COD)
● ✅ Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash

Order Changes or Cancellation
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it (before dispatch).
Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may refuse it at delivery if needed.

Refused / Undelivered Orders
Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in temporary suspension of COD service for
your account.
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct to avoid delivery issues.
Delayed Deliveries
We always strive for on-time delivery, but occasional delays may occur due to courier or
weather issues.
