Right to Open

You can open your parcel upon delivery to check your order before accepting it.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please return it immediately to the rider at the time of delivery.
Returns are only accepted on the spot — once the order is marked as delivered, returns are not possible.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns are valid only at the time of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is accepted on the spot, we’ll process your refund or replacement. Refunds are issued through your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
